How long does it take for my order to leave your warehouse?
Please allow 24 to 72 hours for your orders to be processed for shipping. Once the package has left our warehouse, we will send a tracking number to the email you provided during checkout. How long does it take for my order to arrive once it leaves your warehouse?
Normal times for a package to arrive after it has left our warehouse will vary, but normally, the estimated times are as follow:
Domestic: 4 to 15 days. (Add to this, the time it takes for us to process your order which can take between 1-3 days.)
International: 2 to 6 weeks. (Add to this, the time it takes for us to process your order which can take between 1-3 days.)
Please keep in mind this are estimated times, mail services can take longer than usual for reasons out of our control.
If you have not received your package after the estimated time, please contact us and we will call the mail service and have them start an investigation.
Additional charges may apply if customs clearance is performed by customs brokerage offices other than those designated by UPS for clearing the products. UPS may bill the buyer/customer an additional fee. Please contact your mailing service before your purchase to make sure you know how much you will be billed in addition to the shipping costs shown on our website.

What if my package has not arrived and I want a refund?
Domestic: Most mail services require a 30 day delay for domestic shipments before a refund can be issued. Customers need to wait at least 33 days from the moment the mail service took over a shipment before a refund can be issued.
International: Most mail services require a 45 day delay for international shipments before a refund can be issued. Customers need to wait at least 48 days from the moment the mail service took over a shipment before a refund can be issued.
Damaged packages: Please take pictures of how your packaged arrived and how many products were damage for a replacement or refund.
